Hi, I'm Jenny.

For 20+ years, I've been the partner senior leaders turn to when something new needs to be built - whether that's a new function, a new team, a new strategy, or a new culture. Most recently at Deloitte, that meant serving as Chief of Staff and leading Communications & Engagement across their AI & Engineering practice - alongside earlier work standing up a corporate M&A integration at Engility and running operations for a $14M business climate reform project in the Republic of Georgia. Different sectors, different scales - the same through line: change works best when people are at the center of it.
